  • Collection data: the Funko Pops you mark as collected, wishlisted, or ordered
  • Login information: IP address, login timestamps, and OAuth provider ID if you use Google or Facebook login
  • Usage data: pages visited and general interaction with the site

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and personalise your FPSDB experience
  • Display your collection and profile to other users (if your profile is public)
  • Maintain the security of your account and prevent fraud
  • Send transactional emails such as email verification and password resets

We do not collect payment information. We do not run advertising on FPSDB and do not sell your data to advertisers or third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

  • Google reCAPTCHA — used on login and registration forms to prevent bot abuse
  • Google OAuth / Facebook OAuth — if you choose to log in via these services, they provide us with your name and email
  • Cloudflare — used for DNS, DDoS protection, and IP-based country detection on registration

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your collection and profile data may be visible to other logged-in users depending on your privacy settings.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Some anonymised usage data may be retained for analytical purposes.
